Tactile writing practice with just cardboard, colored sand, and a random tray!

You can do this with any numbers or letters! Super easy and wonderfully hands-on.

And just a side note, this can be done on a dinner plate... You do not need this specific tray, and you certainly don't need the expensive wooden one. If you already have one, great! But I'm a huge supporter of using what you have on hand!

It's been up for a bit now, I just have yet to get good pictures of it this year. This was just before we put all the ornaments on.

But gosh, do we love this tree. It was definitely easier to put up this time than it was last year. We're experienced now 😆

I'm completely in love with these little gingerbre

I'm completely in love with these little gingerbread houses 😍😍

They are just made out of cardboard boxes that I cut into house shapes and painted. Cardboard is already a perfect gingery color, so we only needed white for simple details.

The best part? ANY age can enjoy this craft! My 2 year old and 4 year old each did a few, and I did some with a friend in the evening (no children present). Good times all around!

Such cuteness!!

The woodwork here is still very "unfinished," so these provide just the bit of SPICE we need 😁
