Happy New Year! I am so excited for 2023, and I have some updates to share!
First of all! The Chick family is moving!
That’s right, after 4 years of living in Okinawa, I’m headed back stateside. We will be back in New Hampshire in just a few short weeks! I almost can’t believe it’s that soon.
Currently, I’m the most excited about the snow! I LOVE the winter, so I’m sure you can imagine that 4 years without snow has been hard. But I also can’t wait to see what J thinks of snow! She’s never seen it in her life. Heck, the kid hasn’t been cold in her entire life! I already have snowsuits and cute hats for both girls!
Okinawa has been an incredible place to live and I cherish every moment of our time here… but I’m ready to go home now.
My shop is reopening
The second big update actually has more to do with my other website, Thatjochick. And that is that when we move back, I will be able to open up my shop and start selling cute little dresses again! That update will have its own post eventually, so check that out on the other blog.
Exciting content to come!
And finally, this year is going to bring some fun things to this site! I have been working hard on creating some resources and lesson plans for mamas that are at home with their littles.
I have already shared my Dot Marker Numbers Worksheets, the alphabet will be coming soon, and on top of that, I’m creating themed plans and craft guides that relate to lessons and books. This will not all come out at once, so I need your patience. But this is my goal for 2023, to get this content out for you.
It’s going to be a few months of moving and settling in but I will do my best to take you along for the journey.
